I am getting Unexpected Error while creating or resetting my password or while unlocking my account.
There is a known issue that iPad users may encounter when using the Safari browser. If you are running iOS versions prior to v7, you will get an Unexpected Error message when attempting to reset, create password, or unlock the account. You can update the iOS and Safari browser on the iPad or use a different browser (Google, IE, or Firefox).
If you are not running an earlier version of the iPad, you may be getting this error as a result of clicking the back button in your browser.
If you are unable to resolve the error, you should contact IQVIA Global IT Service Desk immediately.
