• I can't log in.

  If you're having trouble to logging into IQVIA, here are a few things to try:
  1. Ensure the user name entered is correct. It should be the email address that is linked to your IQVIA account.
  2. If you do not know your user name, contact the relevant support group listed in IQVIA Global Contact Numbers.
  3. If you forgot your password, click on "I do not know my password" to create a new password.
  
  
• I keep getting the "Your user name or password is incorrect" error message when I try to log in.

  Make sure that your caps lock key is turned off and try again.
  
  
• How does "Remember me" work?

  When you select the "Remember me" check box and then log in, your user name is encrypted and stored on the computer you are currently using. The next time you log in, we will pre-fill your user name and you only need to enter your password (which, for security reasons, is never saved) to log in.
  
  
• What if I no longer want my user name saved?

  To remove a user name from being saved, clear the "Remember me" check box when logging in. The user name will not be saved on the computer you are using at the time. If you have saved your user name on multiple computers, such as your home and work computers, the user name must be removed separately from each computer.
  
  
• How do I login as a different user?

  If you have "Remember me" check box selected, you can click on "This is not me" to login as different user. This is especially important for users who share computers (ie, at a clinical study site or research facility).
  
  
• I'm not receiving the email to reset password or unlock my account.

  IQVIA sends the verification email with timed link to reset password or unlock account.
  1. The email may be caught by your email's spam or bulk mail filter, check the spam, junk or bulk mail folder in your email to see if the verification email is there.
  2. It is possible that your email provider may be having technical difficulties preventing you from receiving emails.
  3. You may have made a typo in the email provided. Check to ensure the email address is spelled correctly.
  
  
• I'm not able to pass email verification to reset password or unlock my account.

  IQVIA sends the verification email with timed link to reset password or unlock account. The link cannot be reused, and the link will expire in 30 minutes. When you click on an expired link, IQVIA sends a new verification email, you need to make sure to open the new email within 10 minutes to pass the verification.
  
  
• I am getting a blank section on the left side of the screen.

  There is a known issue that iPad users may encounter when using the Safari browser. If you are running iOS versions prior to v7, the image on the left side of the screen will not render. You can update the iOS and Safari browser on the iPad or use a different browser (Google, IE, or Firefox).
  
  
• I am getting Unexpected Error while creating or resetting my password or while unlocking my account.

  There is a known issue that iPad users may encounter when using the Safari browser. If you are running iOS versions prior to v7, you will get an Unexpected Error message when attempting to reset, create password, or unlock the account. You can update the iOS and Safari browser on the iPad or use a different browser (Google, IE, or Firefox).
  
  If you are not running an earlier version of the iPad, you may be getting this error as a result of clicking the back button in your browser.
  
  If you are unable to resolve the error, you should contact IQVIA Global IT Service Desk immediately.
  
  
• I got an email saying I requested password reset, but I didn't make the request.

  If you receive a IQVIA password reset email that you didn't request, it's likely that someone accidentally entered your email address as user name and requested password reset. As long as you don't click the link, no action will be taken and your account will remain secure. As a precaution, you should report such incidents to IQVIA Customer Support if this occurs, as repeat occurrences might suggest something more serious that needs to be investigated.
  
  
• My account keeps getting locked out.

  If you entered your password correctly, but your account keeps getting locked out, you should contact IQVIA Customer Support.
